Every morning it is important to take a deep breath and just do some yoga for energy boost. It doesn't have to be complicated poses. It can be simple but still very effective. For example, doing the tree pose can an improve balance, the cow and cat pose can improve your mood, and downward dog can give you an energy boost. These simple but very effective poses can transform your day into a brighter one. By linking your breath with your movements you can eventually achieve a state of relaxation when at rest. Yoga is not just about movement and breath but is also about focusing you attention on your breath. This clears your mind from unwanted thoughts and allows you to have better focus. Not only does yoga improve your body but it also improves your mind and eventually your life.
